Design &
Engineering
Mor Aluminium team, which cares about the needs and wishes of customers, is at an important level in the development of customer-oriented special designs and existing products.
Extrusion
Presses
Mor Aluminium produces high quality and sensitive products in narrow tolerances with 5 different latest high technology extrusion presses which have an annual total capacity of 22.000 tons.
Anodizing
Facility
Mor Aluminium carries out White (Natural), Inox tones, Bronze tones and Black colors with 10-30µ micron as well as special applications such as Matte, Polishing (Glossy), and Satin (Chrome Effect) with an anodizing facility of 40.000 Ampere, a total capacity of 7.500 tons per year.
Powder Coating
Facility
Mor Aluminium fulfills the demands of customers by using environmentally friendly and high-tech tools at own powder coating facility with an annual capacity of 2.800 tons.
Mechanical
Treatment
Mor Aluminium has a mechanical treatment facility in order to meet the needs of customers. CNC Machines perform operation such as drilling holes, slotting, cutting, horizontal and vertical milling up to 0.1 mm precision in accordance with DIN ISO 2768 standards.
Packaging &
Logistics
Mor Aluminium provides product shipping with its own strong case methods for short and long distance deliveries. It provides services by road for domestic shipments, and by road, air and seaway for international shipments.
